Position: Quality Lab Lead

Dynamic opportunity! This position will manage and direct the execution and evaluation of all physiological seed testing. You will ensure all testing procedures/protocols are in compliance with state seed law requirements, coordinate testing development and enhancements to ensure leading edge technology, and provide support and technical expertise to staff. Position also will supervise, mentor and coach quality lab staff and ensure a unified work environment.
