North Nampa is a wonderful place to live that is close to everything you'll need: shopping, jobs, freeway access, and beautiful homes. You'll have easy access to the Boise airport (about 30 minutes away), brand new shopping centers close by, and great restaurants.
Colter Bay
Colter Bay Subdivision is located in North Nampa, Idaho. It is north of the 84 Freeway near Centennial Golf Course and Ridgecrest Golf Club. It is also a short distance to Broadmore Country Club on Northside Blvd. (formerly Nampa Blvd.). You can get to Colter Bay by taking the Franklin Blvd. exit from the 84. Go north just past Cherry Lane and make a left into the Colter Bay Subdivision on E Colter Bay Dr.
Brandt's Landing
Brandt's Landing Subdivision is located in North Nampa, Idaho. It is north of the 84 Freeway near Centennial Golf Course and Ridgecrest Golf Club. It is also a short distance to Broadmore Country Club on Northside Blvd. (formerly Nampa Blvd.). You can get to Brandt's Landing by taking the Franklin Blvd. exit from the 84. Go north just past Birch Lane and make a left into the Brand's Landing subdivision on Waterfowl Ave.
Kensington Place
Kensington Place is located in Nampa Idaho, north of the I-84 Freeway. Take the Garrity Blvd (Can Ada Rd) exit and go north to Birth Ln and make a left to get to Kensington. Kensington is next to Ridgecrest Golf Club, and has convenient access to Wal-Mart, restaurants, Optimist Park, and the freeway.
